  2. Clutter-Free Areas: To provide efficient cleaning, we kindly request that all areas to be cleaned are free of clutter. This allows our team to focus on delivering the best results.
  3. Fireplace Usage: Fireplaces must be unused for a minimum of 72 hours prior to cleaning to ensure safety during the cleaning process.
  4. Special Care Requirements: Please inform us in advance of any items or surfaces in your home that require special care, so we can address them appropriately.
  5. Damage Responsibility: We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the fault or improper installation of any items in your home.
  6. Surface Assumptions: We assume that all surfaces, such as marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc., are sealed and ready for cleaning without causing harm.
  7. Furniture Protection: If you have furniture placed on wood floors, we assume that proper protection is in place to prevent any damage during the cleaning process.

Notice:

  • Window and Blind Cleaning: We clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 3-step ladder for safety reasons.
  • Exclusive Cleaning Focus: To ensure safety and avoid any interruptions, we kindly request that no other jobs be conducted while we are cleaning your home.
  • Estimate Accuracy: The presence of other workers or excessive people in the house might affect the accuracy of our estimate.
  • Additional Work Impact: If other work is being performed in your house while our team is cleaning, it may affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
  • Furniture Movement: We do not move heavy furniture during the cleaning process.
